Parkour – 7-14 years

We often see children on the street / outside practicing “Parkour” and many times we hear the accidents they have encountered. We know that many children have seen videos, for example, on “you tube” and believe they can perform these skills. unfortunately, these children have not been taught safe landings or correct procedures. If you have a child who is eager to learn “Parkour”, we recommend that you bring them to our classes where we can teach them in a safe environment, with safe matting and qualified staff.
